Downstairs is a spacious open plan kitchen and living area. The original Charentaise fireplace, exposed beams and flagstone floor have been retained. A wood burner has been installed for those colder months, providing a cosy hidaway in winter. There is a comfortable sofa and armchair, coffee table, TV(French), DVD and table & chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and the other a single/twin - as a twin it is more suitable for children. The bathroom is spacious providing bath with overbath shower, basin and toilet.

There are lovely views across the valley.

Is the 'newer' farmhouse, albeit not very 'new'! The renovations have been carried out sympathetically providing luxury accommodation but retaining many original features. The side terrace with its vine covered arbour, furnished with wooden table & chairs, provides spectacular views across the valley. A BBQ is also available.

One of the doors from the courtyard leads into a large dining hall boasting exposed beams and terracotta tiled floor. The original Charentaise fireplace is fitted with a wood burner which we are pleased to say you will not need in July and August! It is well furnished providing table and chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa and armchair.

Leading off the dining hall, up a few steps, is a the old granary which is now a well equipped kitchen with gas hob, double electric oven, microwave,fridge/freezer, dishwasher as well as the standard equipment of kettle and toaster. There is a door leading into the courtyard and another to the side terrace.

Downstairs you will also find a separate sitting room with exposed beams and another large original Charentaise fireplace with yet another door leading to the courtyard. It is furnished with two comfortable leather sofas, Tv (UK) and DVD player.

On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Upstairs is one very large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with overbath shower. There is another slightly smaller double room with an en-suite shower room.

All bedrooms are well furnished with clothes storage facilities, comfortable beds and bedside cabinets.

The conversion of our large barn has recently been completed,
providing light spacious and comfortable accommodation. The courtyard entrance.
through large glass doors, leads into a spacious light hall from
which there are 3 bedrooms and a utility room with a washing
machine.

One bedroom is en-suite with a double bed. The en-suite has
a bath with overbath shower, toilet, bidet and basin. There are 2
further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other twin beds.

These two rooms share a bathroom with overbath shower, toilet and
basin.

Upstairs, via a spiral staircase, is a large open plan kitchen and
living area leading to a balcony which provides spectacular views
across the valley.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher,
fridge, cooker and kettle. There is also a dining table and chairs
and a comfortable sofa and armchairs.

On the opposite side across a 'walkway' is a further shower room
with shower cubicle, toilet and basin. There is a large gamesroom with table tennis
leading to a private terrace with BBQ.

All household linen is provided including towels. Your beds will be made up for your arrival.

We would request that you bring your own beach/pool towels. Alternavely beach/pool towels can be hired at 5 euros per person per week.
